Refund policy
1. 30-Day Change of Mind Policy We want you to love your Vexora Jewels. If you change your mind within 14 days of delivery, you may return your item(s) for a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, and in its original sale condition.

In the original Vexora Jewels packaging with all labels attached.

Accompanied by a proof of purchase or order confirmation.
3. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, body jewelry, or hair accessories. Sale items marked as "Final Sale" are also ineligible for return.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service (like Pudo or The Courier Guy) as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact Shaneblom13@gmail.com immediately with your order number and a photo of the defect so we can arrange a replacement or refund for you.
